Return & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a simple and transparent return and exchange process for eligible Taj Leo products.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

2. Exchange Eligibility

Size exchange or replacement may be available subject to stock availability. Exchange requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed or personalized products
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with product photos for quick support.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

6. Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup may be arranged in selected serviceable locations. If unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or damaged product.
